    The tool adjusts its height by itself and we update it when the coefficient, the rates or the data change.

What we ask in return

The widgets are free, for any kind of site. In return, the link and the logo have to stay visible.

  • A visible link to Aluseg

    The code includes it under the tool (for example, "Rental income tax calculator by Aluseg"). It has to stay visible. If it is removed or hidden, the script puts it back, and if it stays hidden, the tool locks.

  • The Aluseg logo

    It appears in the tool itself ("Provided by Aluseg"). It cannot be changed or removed.

  • Privacy

    We do not store personal data about your site's visitors. Results are indicative and do not replace tax or legal advice.

Frequently asked questions

Before you install

Does it cost anything?

No. The widgets are free, with no visit limit, on the condition that the link to Aluseg stays visible under the tool.

Do I need to update the code when rates change?

No. The calculation and the values (rent update coefficient, tax rates, market data) stay on our side. When they change we update the tool and every site that uses it is up to date, with no change on your part.

Does it work on WordPress, Webflow, Wix and Squarespace?

Yes, on any site that accepts a custom HTML block. The tool loads in a secure frame (iframe) and does not interfere with the rest of the page.

Can I change the design?

The width adapts to the space available. The colours and the logo are Aluseg's. If you need a version with your own branding, write to hello@aluseg.com.

Is my visitors' data stored?

We do not store personal data about your site's visitors, and the tool does not load our traffic analytics or advertising cookies.
