Finding a tenant

What does a property manager do?
On the landlord's behalf, they handle the tasks the landlord hands over: finding the tenant, collecting the rent, issuing receipts, following up repairs and being the tenant's contact. What is included depends on each manager's proposal.

How much does a property manager cost?

Can I ask for a manager for a property that is already let?
Yes. Say so in your request and check with the manager how the handover works: lease, receipts, contact with the tenant and documents to hand over.
Can I manage the rental without a manager?
