The essentials
Stop chasing bank transfers
Chasing bank transfers every month is the most tiring part of being a landlord. With Aluseg, rent is collected automatically.
One-time mandate
Your tenant signs a SEPA Direct Debit mandate online, once.
Straight to your account
Rent is collected automatically and goes directly to your account via Stripe. Aluseg never holds rent money.
Automatic AT receipt
Rent is only marked paid once the bank confirms it; the AT electronic rent receipt is issued afterwards.
1% fee
Included in Essential and Expert, with a 1% fee per rent collected (min. €0.50, max. €3).
How it works
How it works, step by step
- 1
Turn on payments
Create your Stripe payout account from Aluseg. Stripe verifies your identity and bank account ownership.
- 2
Invite your tenant
They receive a link and authorise SEPA Direct Debit from their account (or card payment as a fallback).
- 3
Rent is collected automatically
On each due date, following the lease schedule.
- 4
Payment confirmed and receipt issued
A SEPA debit can take a few business days to be confirmed. Only then is the rent marked as paid, and if your Tax Authority connection is on, the electronic rent receipt is issued with the AT automatically.
What it costs
Price and plans
| Amount | |
|---|---|
| Plan required | Essential (€60/year, VAT included, up to 5 properties) or Expert (€199/year, VAT included, up to 20 properties) |
| Aluseg fee per rent collected | 1% of the rent, minimum €0.50, maximum €3 |
| Example: €800 rent | €3 Aluseg fee (the maximum) |
| Processing | Stripe's own processing fees apply, per Stripe's pricing |
The money is yours from start to finish: collection happens on your own Stripe account and is paid out to your bank. Aluseg is only the technology that initiates the collection and receives only its fee.
