The essentials
Hand your IRS to your accountant without swapping files
Every IRS season your accountant asks for the same things: rent received, expenses with their receipts, and the rent receipts issued with the tax authority (AT). With the Accountant Portal, they read the data they need directly.
Free on every plan
Included in the Free plan and every paid plan, for up to 3 accountants per account. The accountant pays nothing either.
Read-only access
Your accountant views rents, expenses, AT receipts and Anexo F, with no way to change anything.
Invite by email
The account owner invites from Settings › Accountant. The invite is valid for 14 days and access can be revoked at any time.
Scoped per landlord
Accounts with several landlords can restrict access to selected landlords. An accountant does not take up a team seat.
How it works
Accountant access in four steps
Only the account owner can manage accountant access.

Open Settings › Accountant
The card shows how many seats are used, for example "1 of 3 seats used".

Pick the access scope
Choose Whole account or Selected landlords, ticking the landlords the accountant may view.

Invite
Enter the accountant's email and click Invite accountant. The invite goes out by email, or copy the link and send it another way.

Your accountant accepts and reads
They sign in with the invited email, or create a free account, and click Accept access. Your account appears under Your clients; click Revoke access at any time to end it.
What your accountant sees
Five tabs per client and tax year
For each client, the accountant picks the tax year and moves through five tabs. Figures come from the data the landlord records in Aluseg; these are preparation figures and do not replace your accountant's work.

Overview
Rent received, expenses, deductible expenses, AT receipts issued and a preparation result, broken down by property, with co-ownership warnings.
Rents
Every rent of the year: property, tenant, month, due date, payment date, amount, status and AT receipt number.
Expenses
Date, property, category, supplier, NIF, invoice number, amount, VAT and tax treatment, with a link to the scanned receipt.

Receipts
AT rent receipts issued in the year with a downloadable PDF, plus the generated Anexo F dossiers.
- CSV for Excel
Export
Three CSV files (UTF-8) that open directly in Excel: Rents, Expenses and Anexo F summary, per owner and property, with the co-ownership share.
Agencies and multiple landlords
One accountant per landlord, same account
An agency or manager with several landlords in one account rarely works with a single accountant. Every invite has a scope.
On the agency side
- Invite the whole account or only selected landlords.
- With restricted access, the accountant only sees the rents, expenses and receipts of those landlords' properties.
- Anexo F dossiers cover the whole account, so limited access uses the Anexo F summary export instead.
On the accountant's side
- Every landlord who invites them appears as a client in the same list, with the scope shown.
- They only need one free Aluseg account with the invited email to access every client.

Frequently asked questions
Accountant Portal
Does the Accountant Portal cost anything?
No. It is free on every plan, including Free, and the accountant pays nothing either: they only need a free Aluseg account with the invited email.
How many accountants can I invite?
Up to 3 per account. The limit counts active accesses and pending invites; to invite someone else, revoke an access or an invite.
Can my accountant change my data?
No. Access is read-only: they can view rents, expenses, AT receipts and Anexo F and download CSV exports, but cannot create, edit or delete anything.
How long is the invite valid?
14 days. If it expires, resend it from Settings › Accountant. Once accepted, access lasts until you revoke it.
Can I give access to only some landlords?
Yes. On accounts with several landlords, choose Selected landlords when inviting. The accountant only sees those landlords' properties and uses the Anexo F summary export instead of the account-wide Anexo F dossiers.
