Mandatory to list and rent out the property. Only a qualified assessor registered with ADENE (the Portuguese energy agency) can issue it.

Make a request- Regulated professions: ADENE-qualified assessors, certified accountants (OCC) and lawyers registered with the Ordem dos Advogados.
- Profiles built from public information. Professionals can correct or remove their profile at any time.
- Aluseg takes no commission on fees: the price is agreed directly with the professional.
- Your request is only shared after you confirm it by email, and only with the professionals you chose (up to 3).

How much does it cost to request a contact?
Nothing. The request is free and with no commitment for the landlord. Each professional's fees are agreed directly with them.
Who are the professionals?
Qualified assessors registered with ADENE, certified accountants and lawyers registered with the Ordem (Bar Association). When a profile shows a registration number, you can check it on the relevant body's website.
What happens to my data?
Your request is only sent once you confirm your email, and only to the professionals you chose (up to 3). If you do not confirm, the request is cancelled. More details in the privacy policy.
My region is not on the list. Can I still make a request?
Yes. Choose “Another region” in the form: Aluseg will look for a professional and reply to you by email.
I am a professional. How do I join the directory?
Write to us at hello@aluseg.com with your region, your line of work and your registration number. To correct or remove an existing profile, use the same address.
