Automatic rent and receipts
The tenant sees the amount due, the status of each rent period and the electronic receipt as soon as it is issued with the tax authority.

If the landlord switches on collection, the tenant can authorise automatic rent payment, sent straight to the landlord.

How it works
Tenant access in four steps

The landlord invites
On the tenant's record, click Invite to portal. The tenant receives an email with access.

The tenant signs in
They set a password and immediately see the lease and the rent. If they already had a Tenant Passport, they keep access to it.

Rent, receipts and automatic payment
When rent is recorded as paid and the electronic receipt is issued with the tax authority, the receipt appears in the portal. If the landlord has switched on collection, the tenant can authorise a SEPA Direct Debit.

Issues and messages
Repairs and requests reach the landlord with category and priority, and the tenant follows the status without phone calls.

Tenant portal
Does the tenant portal cost the tenant anything?
No. The portal is included in the landlord's plan (Essential, Expert or Pro) and is always free for the tenant.
How does the tenant access the portal?
The landlord sends the invitation from the tenant's record in Aluseg. The tenant receives an email, sets a password and opens the portal in a browser, on a computer or a phone.
Can the tenant see their rent receipts?
Yes. When rent is paid and the electronic receipt has been issued with the tax authority through Aluseg, the tenant opens it with View receipt in the Rent tab and also finds it under Documents.
Can rent be paid through the portal?
If the landlord has switched on collection, the tenant can authorise a SEPA Direct Debit and rent is then paid automatically every month, directly to the landlord.
Is there a mobile app?
There is no native app. The portal is a mobile-friendly web app, available in Portuguese and English.
