Is It Legally Valid? (NRAU + Mais Habitação)
Yes — provided you use it correctly. This template reflects the NRAU (Lei n.º 6/2006) as amended by Lei n.º 56/2023. However, two conditions must be met for full legal validity:
- It must be signed by both parties. An unsigned template has no legal effect.
- It must be registered with the Autoridade Tributária (AT) within 30 days of signing. Registration is mandatory and cannot be skipped.
