Figures by size are Aluseg estimates: the municipality's €/m² adjusted by the NUTS III ratios by size and applied to a reference floor area (T0 38 m², T1 58 m², T2 85 m², T3 115 m², T4+ 145 m²); the range uses INE's 1st and 3rd quartile for the municipality. The quarterly series, when shown, is published by INE for the largest municipalities only. District and national medians are the median of the municipalities with data.
