TSR Rendas is a rent collection module within TSR’s broader ERP. The Portuguese company mainly serves institutions such as social-sector organisations, healthcare facilities and associations; it was not designed specifically for residential rentals.
TSR Rendas handles recurring collections well — including direct debit and Multibanco references — in an institutional setting. However, we found no rental lease generation, Portuguese Tax Authority communication, electronic signatures or solvency assessment, all of which matter in residential rental management.
To be fair, TSR’s collection engine may be more robust for an institution with hundreds of recurring payers than a standalone rental tool. For a landlord managing one residential property, however, essential functions are missing: leases, Tax Authority workflows, signatures and solvency assessment — all built into Aluseg.
